How can I track my order?

You can track your order from the Track Order. Logged-out users can track their order using their Order ID and email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

My order is missing items. What should I do?

If any items are missing, please check your order confirmation email to see if they were shipped separately. If something is missing, contact us for assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, please get in touch with our customer support within 14 days to arrange a replacement.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days, while International shipping takes < 20 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United Arab Emirates & Oman. International shipping options will be available soon.

How much does shipping cost?

No, we do not offer customization options at this time.

Our bicycles come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which applies only to the bicycle frame and not to other components.

How do I create an account?
